How do I schedule an appointment with my assigned advisor?

Your Assigned Advisor is based on your student status or program of study.

Log in to MyIvy with your username@ivytech.edu and password at my.ivytech.edu
Scroll down under your favorites and click Schedule an Appointment
Locate your Assigned Advisor and click Schedule an Appointment to open your assigned advisor's calendar
Select the appointment time that works for you

How do I access my academic completion plan?

If you do not yet have an Academic Completion Plan, please schedule an appointment with your advisor.

Log in to MyIvy with your username@ivytech.edu and password at my.ivytech.edu
Then select Degree Completion Tracker You can favorite this icon for quicker access in the future.
Click on the Plan tab and open your Academic Completion Plan by clicking on the name of the plan with the lock image next to it

How do I schedule classes in MyIvy?

Log in to MyIvy with your username@ivytech.eduand password at my.ivytech.edu
In the Quick Links section, select Schedule Builder Note: You can favorite this icon for quicker access in the future
Select your term: Select the term you want to register
Select your campus: Select your local campus and IvyOnline (for online classes)
Verify your address

Now you’re ready to search for classes!
